This was our workout for the day. This took us about 50 minutes to complete. Andrew writes up workouts for us and they each build one upon the other (making sure we’re increasing our weight, lowering our reps and hitting every muscle group). On Wednesday, things started to get icy.Stir in instant coffee to dissolve. In mixing bowl, combine cake mix, puddings, oil, coffee water and eggs with electric mixer. Stir in caramel pieces. Pour into prepared bundt pan. Bake 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cake rest on counter in pan 10 minutes.
